Y Series

In many applications – e.g., injection molding machines – granules build up in conveyor lines. This blocks conventional ejection flaps. The Separator Y has an ejection mechanism with a unique design that allows switching and ejection into the flap area even in the event of such material jams. At the same time, despite its compact design, the ejection mechanism is fast enough to react quickly even in free-fall applications. In combination with the powerful metal detection system, all downstream machines are perfectly protected. The main application is the inspection of plastic granules on injection molding machines (machine protection & quality assurance), onto which the compact device can be directly mounted.
